What are lounges at Amsterdam Airport for?

  • Shopping 1-4 are located landside in the shopping area of the airport and are offered for a fee. However, they can be more crowded than the airside lounges.

Privium lounges in Schiphol

Privium lounge in AMS Airport

Indulge in uninterrupted work, relish delectable meals, and unwind in the lavish Privium Lounges. You can choose from three locations:

  1. The Privium ClubLounge Departures is accessible every day from 05:30 to 21:00 next to Gate D36. To activate your membership or receive a new Privium card, drop by this space between 06:00 and 20:30. After you disembark from your flight, follow the signs for "Departures" and go through security. Once you have passed through security, turn right and take the stairs or elevator to the next floor.
  2. The Privium ExpressLounge near Gate E8 is open daily from 05:30 to 13:00. To reach the location, simply follow the signage for "Schengen Arrivals" and proceed through passport control. After clearing passport control, turn left and use the stairs or elevator to descend to the next level.
  3. Newly refurbished and spacious, the Privium ClubLounge West is now operational from 05:30 to 21:00 every day. Once you have passed through the passport check, take a right turn and follow the signs that direct you towards Pier G, where the room is situated.

Privium membership at Schiphol Airport

If you are a Privium member, you can relish the comforts of the Privium Amsterdam Airport lounges. For travellers who do not qualify for access but still wish to enjoy the amenities of the Privium ClubLounge Departures, it is possible to obtain a guest voucher from the desk staff for just €30 per person. If a visitor decides to become a Privium Plus member on the spot, they will receive a special paper as well!

Don't have a Privium membership? No problem! You can still enjoy all the convenience and comfort. To access the lounges, travellers must pay a fee. The Privium ExpressLounge is the most affordable, with a fee of €40. Privium ClubLounge Departures charges €50, while the Privium ClubLounge West has a slightly higher fee of €60.

Two Aspire-branded lounges, 41 and 26, are operated by Executive Lounges (Swissport) on the upper level of Amsterdam Airport. Star Alliance lounge at Schiphol

All Star Alliance Gold members are welcome to the Star Alliance Lounge located on the second floor of Lounge 1, close to the D-pier. It offers free Wi-Fi, drinks, and snacks and is open daily from 05:30-21:00. Star Alliance airlines provide Schengen departure services to their business and first-class passengers.
